Return and Refund Policy

Effective September 30, 2026.

This policy covers purchases of the Full TIP Report at traderintelprofile.com, operated by Jonathan Campeau ("we", "us", "our"). The short version: if the report is not worth it to you, email us within 14 days and you get your money back.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

The Full TIP Report comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If you request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date, we refund the full amount you paid. You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need to prove anything about the report.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email support@traderintelprofile.com from the address you used at checkout, with the subject line "Refund request". If you paid with a different email, include that address or your Stripe receipt so we can find the payment. That is the whole process. There is no form to fill in.

3. When You Get Your Money

We issue the refund through Stripe, our payment processor, to the same card or payment method you used. We aim to process every request within 2 business days of receiving it and will reply to confirm. After that, your bank or card issuer typically takes 5 to 10 business days to show the credit on your statement.

Refunds are issued in the currency you were charged (USD). If your bank converted the charge from another currency, the amount credited back may differ slightly because of exchange rates or fees set by your bank. We do not control those.

4. You Keep the Report

The Full TIP Report is a digital product, so there is nothing to send back. The PDF you downloaded stays yours after a refund. The personal-use terms in our Terms of Service still apply to it.

5. After 14 Days

After 14 days from the purchase date, sales are final. If something went wrong with the report itself at any time, for example it failed to generate, did not arrive by email, or you lost access, contact us and we will fix it or restore your access. That is support, not a refund request, and it has no deadline.

6. Retakes Are Free

If you think your answers were rushed or the read does not look like you, a retake is included at no cost and builds a new report from fresh answers. You can retake and still request a refund within the 14-day window.

7. Free Tiers

The Free Trader Profile and the 89-item Full Assessment are free. Nothing is charged for them, so there is nothing to refund.

8. Before You Dispute a Charge

Please email us before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank. A refund through us is faster, and it avoids the dispute process for both of us. Your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer is not affected by this policy.

9. Your Legal Rights

This guarantee is in addition to, not instead of, any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Changes will appear on this page with an updated effective date. The policy in effect on the day you bought applies to your purchase.
